#51-54: Team tries to find the new Sorcerer Supreme before the Hood. Brother Voodoo takes on the title. Together with Dr Strange, Dr Voodoo and Daimon Hellstrom defeats Dormammu and Hood

#55-60: Hood's syndicate of villains defeat the New Avengers and the Dark Avengers with technology that can siphon away super powers, before surrendering their technology to Osborn. Luke Cage gets a heart attack and gets captured by the Dark Avengers. Cage's friends (Iron Fist, Daredevil, Sr Strange, Valkyrie, Hellcat, Dr Voodoo, Thing, Misty Knight) break Cage out. Hank Pym and Dr Strange help to remove the bomb in his heart. Hood finds asgardian Norn Stones.

Dark Reign: The List - Avengers & Annual (2009) #3: Ronin fails to assassinate Osborn. The team rescues him.

#61-62: Siege tie-ins: Defeat Hood's syndicate with the help of the Secret Warriors

#63-64: Vs Hood's syndicate in the siege of Asgard

Finale: Vs Hood

Siege event: Norman Osborn engineered an incident to justify an attack of the Dark Avengers, heroes in the Initiative, supervillains and the military on Asgard in Broxton, Oklahoma. Steve Rogers returned to lead the heroes to defeat Osborn's forces. In the aftermath, Steve Rogers was asked to take over Osborn's position as primary defense officer. He formed the main Avengers team based in the Avengers Tower and the black-ops Secret Avengers team. He also requested Luke Cage to continue leading his own team of Avengers and Tony Stark sold Cage the Mansion for a dollar for the team to use as a base.

#9-13: In 1959, Nick Fury assembles a team of Avengers to defeat the Red Skull and retrieve a briefcase of Infinity Formula. Mockingbird is injured while the team, with Hawkeye and Spider Woman, fought HAMMER. Nick Fury provides the Infinity Formula to save Mockingbird.

#14-16: Fear Itself tie-in: Vs Thule Society's Blitzkrieg in New York. Squirrel Girl saves Danielle Cage. Daredevil joins the team.  

#16.1: Osborn is rescued from the Raft by Dr. Wentworth

#17-23: Vs HAMMER's Ultimo. Vs Osborn's new team of Avengers. Jessica Jones leaves.

#24: AvX tie-in: Captain America recruits the Avengers to fight the X-Men.

#25-27: AvX tie-in: K'un L'un's Yu-Ti's memory of  training a girl avatar of the Phoenix and dealing with the Phoenix along with Leonardo Da Vinci

#28: AvX tie-in: Luke Cage, Spider Woman and Hawkeye escapes the X-Men's prison in a simulation

#29: AvX tie-in: Illuminati meeting

#30: AvX tie-in: Emma Frost escapes from an escort with Cage, Daredevil, Thing and Mockingbird

#31-34: Vs Daniel Drumm. Strange returns as Sorcerer Supreme. Cage sells the Mansion back to Stark. The team disassembles.

Later, Luke Cage forms a new Avengers team in the pages of the Mighty Avengers. The Avengers Unity Squad takes over the Mansion as a base.
