Hank Pym-GRAMPA Mighty Avengers #21-36 (Feb 2009 – April 2010)

Hank Pym formed and led the team to combat Cthlon. With the villainous Norman Osborn as the US's top defense officer, this team operated internationally as the 'real' Avengers thereafter.

The team disbanded after Steve Rogers returned to lead the heroes to defeat Osborn's siege of Asgard and took over Osborn's position. Hank Pym took over as the headmaster of the Avengers Academy.
